Just bought a Grand Cherokee and oh boy what a surprise. The technology and materials used in the interior are well thought out and very nicely chosen. I absolutely love the new Body style and especially the front end appearance with sharp but not too aggressive lines, and a bold stance. I recently stopped in at Taska Jeep because my car was acting funny after the battery was replaced by AAA Sean Haywood was so very helpful to me. He saw that I was upset. He brought me over to the desk and he took my car immediately and cleared all the codes that was stopping it from running correctly he went above and beyond. Great service department. This was my fourth time going to them. I've driven past the dealership near me just to go to Tasca Jeep. Only thing that disappointed me was the 1 hour labor charge for the 10 to 15 minutes it took to flash my computer so that my trailer hitch wiring could be activated.
Recommended dealer. No games and low pressure atmosphere. Tyler, our salesman, was very polite and knowledgeable . He addressed all of our questions and concerns, helping us to feel confident in our potential purchase. Once we made our decision, closing was fast and easy. No long waits or upsells while people have to talk to their manager and disappear for an eternity. Thank you Tyler, Steve and Peter, for providing a pleasant shopping environment. Have had recent service performed on my 2017 Jeep Gr Cherokee. Satisfied with the treatment and professional customer service rep, David. He listened to my concerns and advised services for my Jeep. Customer waiting area is pleasant, and also provides offers of a shuttle if needed. Recent visits the past month were performed promptly and efficiently, including a replacement water pump covered under warranty. Will continue to visit Tasca Jeep service for future repairs and preventative maintenance.

I went to Tasca Chrysler for service on my vehicle. They were quick and thorough. In the end the work required longer than a day, so first they gave me a ride to work and then put me in a loaner vehicle! I got email and phone call updates to keep me in the loop! It was friendly and informative service throughout my experience.
