I went into Tasca Dodge today after a very frustrating experience at another Dodge dealership. Scheduling an Appt was very simple and done within 24 hrs. Stephen (Service Advisor) was great! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out he was extremely professional, greeted me as soon as I walked in, walked me through recommendations, previously sent text pictures (great help) or watch areas for 2 items and future estimates and a seamless transition to cashing out. He certainly knows his stuff and very personable. He is a great addition to the team and one I would ask for next time.

I brought my daughter's 2021 Jeep Renegade here for a state inspection, and they claimed the valve cover gasket was leaking, quoting me $353. They claimed it was "leaking but not hitting the engine," which is physically impossible given the layout. I took it to a AAA-Approved shop for a second opinion; they confirmed there was absolutely no leak, and the engine was completely clean and dry. Their invoice also lacked any photo evidence of the alleged issue.

The service was good..I had a windshield washer nozzle replaced on our 2018 fiat. I was charged an hour and a half labor..but I feel it didnt take that long, and that i got overcharged. I feel the initial repair took maybe 45 50 minutes and the rest of the time was a multi point inspection which I didnt feel necessary. I feel as though I should be eligible for credit.
